- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, government and royal affairs clients, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Proactively manage all sales activities related to all GCC market and segments, including inquiry handling, contract negotiation, proposal development, and closing business.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., catering, reservations, front office) to ensure flawless execution of group bookings, VIP visits, and government events.
- Create, maintain, and analyze detailed sales reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and revenue goals.
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events as needed to promote the hotel’s GCC business (government and royal business included).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons documentation standards.
- Monitor and follow up on amenity arrangements, reservation upgrades, and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop segment-specific marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work hours and availability to meet business needs and client schedules.
- Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints in the sales process.
- Stay updated on all hotel promotions, services, and special events relevant to the government market.
- Handle purchase orders, office supplies, and collateral in line with company procedures.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Respond promptly and effectively in emergency or safety-related situations.

- 3 to 5 years’ experience directly related to high-end/upscale luxury hotel sales with a solid client portfolio and strategic contacts in the region
- Arabic is mandatory as well as having a EU working permit
- Requires strong communication/presentation skills, both verbal and written with an ability to engage in virtual web settings as well as in person.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Opera and/or customer management systems preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operations.
- Strong detail orientation including a keen understanding of anticipatory service when working with high expectation guests.
- Job may require flexible hours based on schedule of events and travel is required.
