- Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain an arsenal of sales assetspitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and moreto empower Sales with the right tools.
- Training & Enablement: Craft training programs and workshops to onboard and upskill Sales teams on product updates, features, and customer personas.
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, and Sales Ops teams to enhance lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies. Improve MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-win rates.
- ABM & Segmented Campaigns: Design Account-Based Marketing initiatives targeting key industries, regions, or customer segments with tailored content and strategies.
- Messaging Consistency: Ensure a unified, compelling value message across all customer touchpoints, working closely with Product Marketing, Brand, and Comms teams.
- Event & Webinar Support: Create sales-focused collateral for pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
- Feedback Loops & Insights: Be the voice of the commercial team within Marketing, gathering feedback on objections, positioning, and buyer behavior to optimize campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and agencies (UA, Design, Lifecycle) to execute go-to-market strategies and elevate lead quality.
- Experience: 6+ years in sales marketing, B2B product marketing, or enablement roles, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or CRM-heavy industries.
- Sales Fluency: In-depth understanding of the B2B sales cycle, buyer personas, and lead qualification.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strategic Messaging: Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills that support both early- and late-stage deals.
- Data-Driven: Ability to interpret performance metrics and turn them into actionable sales tools.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong coordination and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Languages: Fluent in English (additional European languages like German, French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus).
- Management: Experience managing teams or agencies is a plus.
