Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Service Operations ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with guidelines. Each day, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience. Be a part of the task execution within the Digital Traction Service department, handling fleet data and fleet information defining and tailoring reports to the customer needs. Data cleaning processing and analysis based on defined use cases.In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.- Work model: #LI-Hybrid
  • Be the main interlocutor with the OEM´s and Operator during the commercial service
  • Definition of use cases
  • Preparation of data analysis / dashboards for specific use cases
  • Carrying out workshops in co-working arrangements
  • Interpretation of results with domain experts (OEM & Operator)
  • Documentation of insights and reports
  • Support technically field service team by analyzing logs, events and incidents to improve fleet reliability
  • Update KPI’s
  • Quality, Environment, Safety and Health normative accomplishment.

  • You have between 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar industrial environment, or in Railway maintenance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Automatic Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Higher Professional Education, or similar
  • You’ve previously worked with Office package
  • Having experience in railway maintenance and with railway normative would be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of electrical, traction and brake system for railway or similar is desirable
  • Experience working with SAP or other similar ERP system
  • High level of both English and Spanish are a must for this role
