- Collect, validate, and manage ESG and sustainability-related data from internal systems, business units, and external partners.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track sustainability performance (e.g., carbon emissions, water usage, waste, energy efficiency).
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support sustainability reporting, regulatory compliance, and voluntary disclosures (e.g., ESRS, SASB, TCFD, CSRD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR) to ensure timely and accurate reporting of sustainability metrics.
- Support the preparation of annual sustainability reports, stakeholder presentations, and internal communications.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in ESG performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with international sustainability standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sustainability KPIs and performance monitoring tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, CSRD).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
