- Act as the liaison between Marketing, IT, and external vendors to gather, define, and document business and technical requirements.
- Evaluate and support the implementation of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Optimizely DXP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
- Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of marketing automation, content management, and web analytics tools.
- Collaborate on the integration of digital tools with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Optimizely DXP).
- Assist with the definition, configuration, testing, and deployment of new features on the SITA Customer Portal
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for using AI to improve insights and engagement across Digital Marketing and CRM touchpoints
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and training documentation.
- Support data governance, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and tagging/tracking accuracy.
- Work with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital campaigns, web performance, or lead management.
- Stay updated on digital marketing and MarTech trends and recommend improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in a functional/business analyst or digital marketing technology role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, SEO, SEM, social, display).
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Tag Manager or similar.
- Familiarity with using AI for enhanced analytics and engagement in Marketing and CRM domain
- Understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), personalization engines, or A/B testing tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for tag implementation.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
- Certifications in MarTech platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Optimizely, Google) are a plus.
