- Achieve agreed territory sales targets
- Create and update a territory business plan, in line with the Company's sales and marketing objectives, using all available internal and external resources
- Implement the effective planning, administration, utilisation and monitoring of marketing budget and activities to gain appropriate returns of investments
- Allocate budget in accordance with the analysis of the complexity and potential of targeted hospitals to achieve appropriate sales results
- Properly manage the opinion leaders of the territory to promote and consolidate our brand and the company image
- Suggest and plan actions to effectively achieve territory objectives and to properly manage emerging territory marketchanges
- Respect professional ethics and Spanish and International legislation concerning medical promotion and relations with healthcare professionals
- Continuously provide the Company with territory market information about our products and competitors
- Education background in science
- 2 years' experience in hospitals sales
- Desirable Experience in CNS (Central Nervous System)
- English language
