As a Data Science & AI Expert Instructor, your responsibilities will include delivering Data & AI training and in-depth expert upskilling offers as part of our internal Data & AI Academy. You hereby provide guidance, and coaching to participants, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement to increase the level of data and AI Literacy within the organization and in expert teams.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver in-depth theoretical and hands-on learning offers (e.g. coaching, training sessions, content) to AI experts and other employees of varying levels, domains and backgrounds.
- Design and run practical training sessions in data analysis, machine learning, and specialized AI applications.
- Assist in the development and refinement of the academy's curriculum based on target group needs, technological advancement and industry trends.
- Monitor and assess participant progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance.Collaborate with the academy team to ensure the program is effective, up-todate, and engaging.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of post-program support and resources.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in Data and AI and change management.
- A Bachelor degree in the field of Business Information Tech with focus on Data Analysis, Data Science or Data Engineering, Computer Science or related field with at least 4-5 years of work experience in a similar role
- A Master degree or PhD in the field of Business Information Tech with focus on Data Analysis, Data Science or Data Engineering, Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years of (non-academic) work experience in a similar role.
- Additional, prior teaching experience would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a data or AI role, with experience in coaching or education preferred.
- Proven track record in implementing AI or data-centred project.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI concepts, proficiency in Python.
- Good understanding of requirements and learning needs in data-driven business use cases.
- Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in driving Data & AI driven learning/enablement initiatives within an organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively explain information and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong confidence in interaction with executive mgmt, technical experts as well as non-technical employees
- Able to convince, engage and win internal and external stakeholders for the topic of Data & AI
- Emotionally intelligent and loves to work with people from different domains, roles & backgrounds.
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with corporate upskilling and adult learning.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Knowledge of learning management systems.
- Experience in a global, multicultural setting.
- Conversational language skills in further languages, ideally German.
