As an International Sales Manager for Franchises, you will play a vital role with the Franchises team in Desigual's Commercial department. You will be responsible for providing crucial support in managing the company's franchising operations. The Franchises Specialist will contribute to the successful execution of the franchising strategy and ensure that franchises uphold Desigual's brand standards and values.What we offer you?

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administrations, marketing or similar
  • 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Fluent level of Spanish & English

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
  • Franchise Support
Provide guidance and support to franchisees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs to ensure a positive franchise relationship, generating possible solutions to the different situations that may arise.
  • Compliance Monitoring
Monitor and enforce compliance with Desigual's brand standards, operational procedures, and contractual agreements among franchisees.
  • Documentation and Contracts
Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of franchise agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Training and Onboarding
Coordinate and facilitate training programs for new franchisees, ensuring they understand Desigual's brand identity, products, and operational guidelines.
  • 5. Market Research
Conduct market research to identify potential franchise locations and assess market viability.
  • Financial Analysis
Collaborate with the Manager of Franchises to analyze financial performance, budgets, and financial reports of franchise locations.
  • Communication
Maintain regular communication with franchisees, providing updates on Desigual's initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting & Problem Resolution
Generate reports on franchise performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.Address and resolve issues that arise between Desigual and franchisees, working towards mutually beneficial solutions."
