- ERP System Management: Oversee ERP system optimization globally, ensuring reliability and compliance with local regulations. Manage upgrades and enhancements to support evolving business needs.
- Implementation and Rollout: Lead global ERP deployment and manage integration of new modules, ensuring successful adoption through effective testing and training.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with business leaders, IT, and vendors to align ERP with business objectives. Act as primary contact for ERP inquiries in international locations.
- Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and guide best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Training and Support: Develop training programs for end-users and provide support across global locations, standardizing processes and troubleshooting steps.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure ERP system compliance with regulations and security policies, monitoring access to maintain data integrity.
- Reporting and Data Analytics: Configure the ERP system to produce accurate financial and operational reports that meet decision-making needs.
- Ability to recruit and develop high performers, ensuring equal treatment and performance-based assessments.
- Manage delegation of authority in accordance with company policy.
