The primary goal is to rapidly and accurately evaluate the compliance of new products, facilitating their flawless integration into our distribution portfolio, and supporting critical initiatives for portfolio expansion. The development of strong, positive relationships will be essential to gain support and achieve results.How will you make an impact?
  • Optimise the compliance assessment of product submissions.
  • Prioritize agility in compliance checks to ensure items align with regulations.
  • Collaborate with business development and procurement teams to incorporate compliance considerations into goals.
  • Establish positive relationships with suppliers based on compliance track record and responsiveness, to improve the product verification process.
  • Keep track of and communicate changes in regulations and industry trends impacting the distribution portfolio.
  • Conduct detailed product risk assessments and provide risk mitigation strategies to support informed decision-making.
  • Implement streamlined processes for the rapid collection, verification, and maintenance of compliance documentation for new products.
  • Ensure documentation practices align with portfolio expansion goals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, sales, and business development, to expedite product introduction.
  • Facilitate effective communication to address compliance-related queries and challenges.
How will you get here?
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or certifications in regulatory affairs are advantageous.
  • Experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or distribution within the relevant industries.
  • Experience in supporting portfolio expansion initiatives.
