  • Develop high-performance back-end solutions using Java 8/11+ and Spring Boot
  • Enhance trading GUIs and ensure applications meet strict security and regulatory standards
  • Translate user and business requirements into innovative, reliable solutions
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders in an Agile (SCRUM/SAFe) environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying Java best practices and clean code principles
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of Java development experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/OpenShift), Docker, and relational databases (MySQL, JPA)
  • Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging systems; basic knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus
  • Strong testing skills (JUnit, Mockito) and experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Interest in capital markets or trading systems; experience is a bonus, not a must
