We are a young, dynamic, multicultural team of around +400 people, in rapid international growth, seeking for new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.We are a highly ambitious and well-balanced start-up, backed by top national and international investors that have also participated in the growth of other success stories, such as Wallapop, Glovo, Wix, Idealista, among others.As the Creative Project Manager at Exoticca, you’ll be responsible for managing workflows and ensuring that all Brand and Creative projects move smoothly from the project requestor through to the Brand and Creative team ensuring the processes are followed and the input is correct. You’ll be expected to help us find ways to optimise efficiency, improve working processes with other departments, prioritise our workload, and maintain a well-organised and productive environment. The goal of this position is to manage the day-to-day operations of the team, maintain the budget files, process POs, align and update the Creative Content calendar with other departments' plans. You will report to the Sr. Brand Director.Which will be your main responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Assist in the coordination, planning and allocation of creative projects within the team.
  • Set up boards and create detailed road maps on Jira to manage multi-faceted projects.
  • Organise periodic sessions, to track, coordinate, and update actions for various workstreams
  • Workflow Management: Help set up and implement streamlined and effective processes for project management between brand/creative team and other departments.
  • Resource Allocation: According to team capabilities and workload, manage timings, priorities and deadlines in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination: Create project plans and timelines to assist overall planning activities in the Brand and Creative team.
  • Liaise with other departments to keep track of status of tasks and deliverables.
  • Prioritisation: Work with other departments to prioritise projects based on company OKRs and business priorities. Respond swiftly to changing priorities in urgent situations.
  • Resource and Workload Balancing: Monitor the workload to maintain a balanced distribution of tasks and collaborate with team leads to preempt potential bottlenecks.
  • Reporting: Provide insights to leadership on workflow efficiency and areas for improvement.
  • Create guides and extra documentation ( asset Library, toolkits) to be delivered to the project owners and maintain files and documents within the Brand team.
  • Manage translation requests and transcreation of assets and toolkits.
Requirements
  • 3-4 year’s experience managing projects across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication, writing, inter-personal & planning skills.
  • Sharp mind, good memory, organisation and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project application
  • Advanced level of English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of creative content creation and production (design and copy).
  • Knowledge and experience with different marketing activities and channels such as performance, social media, CRM, online/offline, etc.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in travel/ tourism is a plus.
