- Implement product installations at new customer sites, focusing on MRI scan parameter optimization and network setups
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure optimal use of SwiftMR based on their unique needs
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage and MR image quality
- Train channel partners on product installation and MR scan parameter setups
- Collaborate with regional Sales and Business Development teams on sales strategies and priorities
- Coordinate with Product Operations team in Seoul HQ regarding training, rollout timelines, and customer feedback.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical imaging or customer success roles
- Strong knowledge of MRI technology and workflow
- Hands-on experience of working on MRI sequence optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel across Europe
- Experience as an MRI technologist or within the radiology field
- Familiarity with working in a start-up or fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
