- Establish and implement action plans to drive the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client;
- Achieve financial objectives proposing action plans and be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to any situation;
- Ensure to provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives;

- Previous Store Management experience in a modern Luxury retail environment;
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build respectful working relationships;
- Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets managing complex store operations;
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset;
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
- Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients;
- Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage.
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and results driven;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills;
