AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.What do we offer?: Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).Mission: You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.About practical training:6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS from February to July 2026Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)Tutor assignment for continuous monitoringFinal project (TFG) to be carried out by the student:On one hand, currently the aircraft communications are based on several datalinks as SATCOM, HF, V/UHF or other ones. However other means of communications are needed due to the high data rate user demand and new technologies. The use of advanced communication techniques implies the possibility of increasing the data rate with a low cost for the final user. On the other hand, 5G technology has evolved and been introduced not only in civilian world but also in defense. The different use cases for 5G and future 6G in aircrafts are increasing and there is a need to study the possibilities and limitations of 5G in airborne communications.Our objective is to explore many new technologies in Airbus. The scope of the intership is to study the performances offered by 5G in air platforms (UAVs, etc.).
