- Design and execute digital performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) aimed at generating qualified leads in Spain.
- Manage Driven’s social media channels, building an aspirational narrative aligned with the luxury segment.
- Coordinate content production (shootings, reels, digital materials) ensuring premium aesthetics and tone.
- Develop SEO/SEM strategies to strengthen the brand’s positioning in key searches.
- Create and design marketing materials (brochures, presentations, proposals) using tools such as InDesign.
- Track and analyze KPIs across campaigns, social media and website, providing reports and continuous optimisations.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing actions with business objectives.
- Manage external providers (PR agencies, designers, creatives).
- Ensure that all marketing actions in Spain are consistent with the global strategy defined by Dubai headquarters.
- Act as a communication bridge between Spain and Dubai, maintaining brand coherence and avoiding duplication of efforts.
- Share relevant market insights and feedback from Spain to enrich the global vision and decision-making.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, with strong focus on digital and performance.
- Advanced knowledge of paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Experience in social media management and aspirational digital content creation.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with sensitivity towards luxury audiences.
- Proficiency with design and layout tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva Pro or similar).
- SEO/SEM and digital analytics expertise (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Proven ability to work with international teams, adapting strategies and communication across regions.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, diplomacy and cultural awareness to balance global alignment with local execution.
- Proactive, open-minded and growth-oriented personality, motivated by challenges.
- Fluent English (Spanish and other languages are a plus).
