- Handle request from our vendors and our internal contacts for the Purchase To Pay process.
- Reconcile vendor accounts.
- Follow up on open Web Cycle and analyze metrics for the countries under scope.
- Support Business ad hoc with any request related to Accounts Payable operations
- Handle Payment Request Voucher & Rush payments for the countries under scope
- Deal with Day to day activities: AP Cash Forecast, Recurring payments, Supplier Financing program and others
- Participate in different projects affecting the AP EMEA area
- Support and guide our 3th party invoice processing team on daily queries: DMR, acceptance of Invoice
- Work to increase Payment Performance, knowledge sharing and efficiencies thru process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Major in Finance / Accounting
- Language: English and German Business Proficiency (verbal and written).
- SAP experience is considered a plus
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer focused
- Able to work independently
- Self-Motivated team player
- Good management of Microsoft package
