- Develop and execute data-driven content and channel strategies for AI product brand and AI-influencer accounts (Instagram, X, TikTok) to drive both organic and paid growth;
- Create and oversee production of high-quality, viral photo and video content tailored to platform-specific trends and audience behaviors;
- Leverage AI tools to generate innovative content formats and enhance storytelling across social platforms;
- Grow and engage active online communities by optimizing content for platform algorithms and leveraging influencer collaborations;
- Analyze social media KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to inform ongoing strategy;
- Collaborate closely with performance and brand teams to ensure social media efforts directly contribute to revenue and business goals.
- Proven experience in SMM for large brands or digital products with an active audience, preferably in the IT or AI space;
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to translate social media activity into measurable business growth;
- Hands-on experience in creating viral social media content, including high-quality photo and video production;
- Proficiency in AI-driven content creation tools and techniques;
- Demonstrated success in growing engagement and reach on Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok - including influencer marketing campaigns;
- Deep knowledge of social platform algorithms (especially IG and X) and how to optimize content accordingly;
- Experience working with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track performance against KPIs;
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+), both written and verbal;
- Excellent communication skills - able to collaborate effectively with team members, influencers, and the online community;
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate bold, innovative ideas for social strategies;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies in real time;
- High level of adaptability: staying ahead of trends, shifting algorithms, and evolving audience behaviors;
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of delivering results under pressure and tight deadlines;
