- Develop, implement and manage the commercial plan in the hospitals assigned in the geographical area of responsibility.
- Know in detail, the functioning of different pharmacy commissions in the area, the hospital access mechanisms and main stakeholders.
- Support Market Access teams regarding to bids and tenders for hospitals in the area.
- Previous experience as Product Specialist, Key Account Specialist, Sales Representative or similar field commercial role.
- Solid knowledge in hospital negotiations (offers, bids/tenders, purchase centralization).
- Knowledge of the health environment in the area (reference hospitals and Key Opinion Leaders).
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Experience in Transplants and Nephrology therapeutic areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Health-Related Sciences or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Spanish and with intermediate English skills.
- This is a permanent, full-time position
- This position is field-based and may be located in Málaga or Canary Islands and 40% travel outside your local area is expected in line with your role.
- In this role you will work in the following geographical areas: Málaga, Tenerife, and Gran Canaria.
