- Development and implementation of technical service solution:
- Development of customer-specific service solutions in collaboration with sales, service product management, service delivery teams and subcontractors
- Design and planning of international service campaigns at customer locations or R&S service centers along the entire process chain
- Evaluation and coordination of defined service campaign design with responsible service units, including coordination with subcontractors
- Support of sales in preparing quotations and handling service campaigns
- Creating and editing project calculations
- Identification and management of resource issues, including preparation of decision templates and initiating escalations
- Coordination and ensuring of transparency at interfaces (sales, service product management and service operation): KPIs, regular communications and adherence to agreed measures
- Initiate, design, collaborate and implement process and tool improvements along the e2e Service campaign process
- Collaboration/management of subprojects in cross-divisional projects
- Technical and commercial clarification of non-standard service requests
- Project Lead Service (PLS): Project Manager for service delivery aspects of service product development projects
- Develop innovative, cost-efficient delivery solutions based on service building block framework
- Implement delivery capabilities as defined in the service project proposal and hand-over to operational responsibility.

- Master's degree (preferably in Telecom or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent working experience
- Comprehensive technical and special knowledge, as is usually acquired through several years of professional experience and continuing education
- Good understanding and experience in the technical services area.
- Ability to select suitable working methods and procedures in the area of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and spanish
- Proficient skills of common office software (e.g. MS Office, SAP, database), Excel at advanced level
- Good understanding of economic set up and interworking relationships of e.g. headquarter, subsidiaries, service centers
- Availability to travel, also abroad
