- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
- Define, document, and continuously improve end-to-end master data processes.
- Act as the central point of contact for process-related issues and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data processes with business needs.
- Develop and implement data quality standards, metrics, and controls.
- Monitor data quality through regular audits and reports.
- Identify root causes of data issues and drive corrective actions.
- Work closely with IT, business units, and data stewards to ensure data governance policies are followed.
- Provide training and support to ensure consistent data handling practices across the organization.
- Analyze data-related KPIs to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Lead or support projects aimed at enhancing data quality and operational efficiency.
- Higher education degree in finance, business administration, economics or equivalent work experience
- Deep understanding of master data domains (e.g., customer, vendor, material, product, finance).
- Proficiency in SAP is a critical requirement for this role.
- Knowledge of data lifecycle management and data governance frameworks.
- Principles of data quality (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness).
- Ability to map, analyze, and optimize business processes related to data creation and maintenance.
- Understanding of system integration and data flow between applications.
- Ability to analyze data quality metrics and identify root causes of issues.
- Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Skills in stakeholder communication and training.
- Knowledge of process modeling tools (Adonis) would be helpful
- German and English at a business fluent level
- Communicating clearly, persuasively, and appropriately for the audience; active listening; giving and receiving feedback.
- Working effectively with others, showing empathy, intercultural sensitivity, and conflict resolution skills.
