Hello!At Factorial we're looking for a new Senior Filmmaker with a strong background in audiovisual production to lead the creation of video content for Paid Media campaigns across multiple markets. You will be part of the Paid Media Content team, a key driver of Factorial’s global growth strategy with the mission to transform strategic ideas into high-impact visual assets that capture attention, engage audiences, and drive conversions to help us boost the company to the next level.The roleWill oversee the entire production cycle, from creative concept development and planning to final delivery, working on both large-scale hero productions and fast-turnaround ad campaigns. It requires combining cinematographic expertise with an understanding of digital trends and the ability to integrate Generative AI tools at every stage of the process: pre-production, filming, and post-production.You will be responsible for:

Directing and filming content for multiple formats and platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Ensuring creative and visual consistency across all assets.
Managing on-set crews, talent, and technical resources.
Collaborating closely with the Creative Content Producer to ensure efficient planning and workflow.
Experimenting with Generative AI to enhance pre-production, production, and post-production.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 7 years in professional filmmaking for marketing, advertising, or media.
Technical expertise:

Mastery of camera operation, lighting, and sound.
Strong directing skills for both talent and crew.
Proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere Pro or equivalent).
Creative range: Portfolio showcasing short- and long-form content for digital platforms.
Post-production skills: Colour grading, sound mixing, and preferably motion graphics.
Generative AI: Familiarity with tools such as Runway, Kling AI, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar.
Soft skills: Strong organisational and project management abilities; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
Mindset: Innovative, adaptable and curious, with a strong interest in emerging production methods and digital trends.
