This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to assist and support the local office management function in a complex and international environment. Our Corporate and Real State agenda is focused on making a meaningful impact on people's lives. Supporting Swiss Re, business unit colleagues and the local CRES team, your focus will be on supporting the day-to-day facilities management and onboarding of the Spanish team, driving operational excellence, and championing agile change.About the RoleAs an Internal Services Intern, you will be working with the Spanish CRES team, specifically supporting the onboarding of our new employees. Your main tasks will be:
  • Access control, organization, and distribution of access badges (OCMS)
  • Onboarding: Introducing the new joiners.
  • Supervise and control cleaning, gardening, maintenance and repairs, fresh fruit deliveries, office supplies.
  • Daily control of the cafeteria (coffee, tea, sugar, milk...).
  • Catering: Ordering and coordinating activities.
  • External and internal mail. Dispatch local and international courier services.
  • Perform rooms set up.
  • Contact One: ticket management.
