- Analyze client needs and recommend product solutions that best fit their business challenges.
- Facilitate engaging product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase product features.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and enhance the overall client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Remain well-informed on industry developments and competitor products to offer relevant insights to clients.
- Support clients throughout the implementation of product solutions, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in product advisory, sales, or technical support.
- Solid understanding of product solutions, digital services, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple clients effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical mindset coupled with a solution-oriented approach to client challenges.
