  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices: Strong foundation in security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in managing cybersecurity teams: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT and OT security technologies, including endpoint protection, network security, cloud security, and industrial control systems.
  • Critical incident response experience: Proven ability to handle security incidents efficiently and effectively.
  • Threat intelligence analysis skills: Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret threat data.
  • Risk management expertise: Proven ability to assess and mitigate security risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership and decision-making abilities: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
