- Accounting closings: ad hoc accounting entries, review of accrued expenses, VAT accounting netting.
- Maintenance of the daily asset book and annual review.
- Posting of payroll entries.
- Review of accounting records, proposal of monthly provisions, analysis of supplier accounts, review of intercompany differences, IFRS16 control.
- Closing reporting in HFM, BS account transactions in the consolidation software.
- Preparation of monthly analysis of P&L expenses.
- Sox controls.
- Able to maintain and have daily interlocution with the rest of the departments in English.
- Good accounting knowledge, with special emphasis on IFRS knowledge (level test will be given).
- Good analytical and critical thinking, communication skills and ability to solve problems independently.
- Experience in the use of ERP accounting and consolidation.
- Proactive and independent attitude.
- Good problem-solving skills and self-critical mindset.
- Precise, structured and success-oriented way of working.
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people.
- Experience in a multinational environment.
- More than 4 years of experience in accounting positions.
- High level of English and Spanish required (level test will be done).
- User experience of Excel and accounting systems. Experience in Exact and HFM is a plus.
- Solid accounting knowledge, with knowledge of IRFS. Degrees in Finance / ADE / Economics.
