Location open to Madrid or BarcelonaWe are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Healthcare Division and oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important Dental/Non Acute distributors clients in Spain.You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers.You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.What You Will Do:Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients distributors to ensure they do not turn to competition.Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics and company tools (SFDC…)Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Economics or Business AdministrationFluent Spanish and English.Portuguese is a plus.Proven experience as key account manager (3 years of experience minimum)Experience in sales with dealers and providing solutions based on customer needs (managing/driving a network of distributors, implementing commercial strategies, incentive plans, designed for distributors; familiar with distributor KPIs and scope card).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.Excellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiationKnowledge of Healthcare sector, Dental / Non acute preferredConsolidated experience in managing distributor/resellerA good strategical view on how to build a distributor network : geographical coverage, coverage by product segment, ability to identify the right partnerA true charisma is required, as the KAM need to convince customers and create a positive dynamic with the customersReady to travel, this is a field game and the area to cover is Spain (up to 60%-80%)Excellent negotiation skills, distributors are often strong negotiatorLearning agility, the KAM will have to know perfectly our products and how to use themGood ability to create a strong and trustfully relationship with Ecolab Management TeamCompetencies in Analytics, Demand Management Planning / Business Planning (inventory management), Capacity Review, Marketing / Communication and TrainingPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of public tendersKnowledge of disinfectionAbout Ecolab Healthcare:Discover the combined impact of cutting-edge technology, real-time information, personally delivered service and best-practice training.
