- Provide IT support to users both on-site and remotely for all technical issues
- Conduct user training on current and newly implemented applications, systems, and services
- Ensure data confidentiality and maintain system security standards
- Test and evaluate new hardware, software, services, and systems
- Support the rollout of new applications and services across the Forterro Group
- Administer Windows-based environments
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, including servers and workstations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Replace and upgrade computer components as needed
- Administer Azure and on-premises Active Directory
- Manage cloud-based applications (e.g., Office 365, ticketing systems, Atlassian tools)
- Perform network and systems monitoring
- Create and maintain procedural documentation and generate relevant reports
- Propose system improvements and innovative solutions
- Support business operations, including budget proposals, cost allocation, control, and reporting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing large international IT systems and providing user support
- Strong expertise in computer systems, including software, hardware, devices, and emerging technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Windows system technologies
- Eagerness to learn, with a commitment to mastering selected solutions and technologies
- Proactive mindset, with a focus on task ownership, proposing innovative solutions, and improving existing systems
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new IT systems and infrastructure solutions
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies (considered an advantage)
