Interim Financial Controller - FMCG - 12 months

• Lead the financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, and drive resolution of issues
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance and Supply Chain Finance teams to understand reporting requirements and provide financial insights that drive business growth
• Analyse and report on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Oversee accounting operations, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes, ensuring simplicity and efficiency working close collaboration with ATR (accounting to report team) based in shared service centre.
• Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation, and drive Balance Sheet reviews to ensure integrity and transparency
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and collaborate with auditing firms and tax function to implement quick and effective solutions
• Implement and maintain internal controls, and drive process improvements that simplify and streamline operations

• 7+ years of accounting and finance experience in Big 4 and/or FMCG
• Qualified accountant with solid knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Tax principles, and Internal Controls preferred
• Strong ERP and BI tools experience
• University degree and manufacturing industry experience (FMCG preferred)
• Very good written and spoken Spanish and English skills
