Management and coordination of all EHS activities of the 2 industrial plants located in Martorelles.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the programming of preventive activities and in the definition of EHS objectives.
- Coordinate workplace risk assessments and machine risk assessments.
- Management and leadership of continuous improvement projects.
- Management of EHS Kaizen Events and Brainstormings.
- Conducting EHS inspections.
- Analyzing and making proposals for corrective and preventive measures arising from the various EHS activities (risk assessments, EHS inspections, hygiene measurements, etc.) and following up on their implementation.
- Management of waste collections, as well as loading and unloading of dangerous goods (ADR).
- Identification and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Prepare briefing notes, awareness roll ups, internal communications, as well as update daily EHS indicators.
- Collaborate in the completion of the DARI, DAE and ADR Safety Advisor report, and in the evaluation of environmental aspects.
- Management of medical and skills reviews received.
- Carrying out Emergency Plan updates
- Manage the elaboration and updating of documentation of the occupational health and safety management system, and of the environmental management system: procedures and instruction sheets.
- Collaboration in the realization of the evaluation of environmental aspects.
- Management of environmental improvements arising from the company's Environmental Committee.
- Superior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (with the 3 preventive specialties/disciplines).
- PRL regulations and main associated RD.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Valuable knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement.
- Languages: English (intermediate level).
- Office automation: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
