- Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish and English- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Bring 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale B2B accounts-ideally within the BPO or Customer Experience (CX) industry.- Have led multi-disciplinary projects and cross-functional teams across operations, sales, tech, and client services.- Possess financial ownership experience, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting.- Have hands-on experience with Spanish domestic market clients and understand their specific business dynamics.- Have a strategic mindset: skilled at developing long-term client roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning services to client objectives.- Are relationship-focused: able to build trust and act as a strategic advisor to executive-level stakeholders.- Have sroject leadership: able to guide cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.- Are calm and solution-oriented under pressure, with strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities.- Have excellent communication skills: confident in presenting to C-suite clients and internal leadership.- Are Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data reporting tools.- Are Data-driven decision-maker with strong performance analysis capabilities.- Are able to navigate complex client ecosystems and matrix organizations with agility.What's in it for youWe challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW.
