With a turnover of €320 million and a staff of 1,200, it exports approximately 40% of its total production principally to the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America.Mission:As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will help delivering solutions to satellite-based systems that position and connect anyone and anything, everywhere, help observing our planet and optimising the use of our planet's resources and even to spacecraft to discover the universe!Roles and Responsibilities: ​
  • Design, development and validation of embedded software in C language for spacecraft equipment.
  • Preparation of the associated documentation.
  • Code version control.
  • Maintenance of SW code including issues analysis and bug fixing.
Education & Qualifications: ​Degree in software engineering, telecommunication engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science and mathematics or other similar technical discipline. Advanced degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience would be a plus.Skills and ideal experience:We are looking for a candidate with:
  • 3 years of experience in real time embedded SW development.
  • Knowledge of the V development cycle.
  • Knowledge of RTOS and Linux.
  • Knowledge of SW version control tools such as GIT.
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of ECSS process.
  • Experience in SW development for critical systems
  • Fluent Spanish or French.
  • Fluent English
  • Desirable skills; Knowledge of Xilinx devices such as Versal or RFSoC is nice to have. Knowledge of bus communication protocols such as SPI, MIL-STD-1553, CAN is nice to have.
