Descripción de la posiciónCompany from the industrial sector, located in Valladolid, is searching for a Regional Sales Manager orientated to the international market.Languages:French mandatory, English valued and Spanish.Your main duties will be:
  • Generate new business and grow existing customers, maximising sales and contribution with French speaking customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate high quality leads.
  • Maintain regular contact and create close working relationships with all key decision makers for those accounts for which you are responsible.
  • To carry out sales presentations both external and internal as required.
  • Functions including idea generation, prospecting, contact building, arranging and holding customer and new customer meetings, support on technical visits and ensure technical queries are addressed promptly, negotiation and subsequent closing of contracts.
  • Deliver consistently high customer experience, liaising with customer service and production to mitigate/manage potential issues.
  • Develop a good knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, its capabilities and capacity.
  • Conduct market mapping and develop strategic understanding of market, market size, opportunities and competitor benchmarking.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments which may impact and/or its customers
  • Achieving personal targets as outlined in the annual budget, providing the Head of Sales with timely reporting of performance against these, and positively contributing to turnover and profitability as targeted in the agreed budget and long-term business plan. Commercial Planning
  • Agree a coverage plan for all customers to ensure regular visits / communication with each customer.
  • Maintain a robust approach to contact management, account planning, pipeline management and CRM usage.
  • To review product pricing with the Head of Sales and review with customer at appropriate times based on any significant movement in key variables and wherever possible maximize contribution.
  • Establishing and managing budgets and forecasts - Ensure customers provide regular and updated forecasts of volume demand; ensure these are processed in line with required delivery.
