2. Actively encouraging teachers to come up with new and exciting lesson ideas that make the classroom setting as relevant as possible to our students.
3. Providing our students with the tools to collaborate with each other on project-based assignments to encourage communication with their teachers and more importantly their peers.
4. Ensuring that a minimum of one craft activity is done on a monthly basis with all learners up to the age of 18.
5. Providing a dynamic process of continuous assessment.
6. Having fun! It is important to remember we are people and that happy people are more productive.Please note that all candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a teacher. Ideally, the candidate should have some experience in teaching and preparing for Cambridge examinations. Applicants must hold a minimum of a CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent qualification.This role will suit someone who enjoys the outdoors and wants to be in the heart of true Andalusian culture as it is located in the heart of Cordoba. Situated 45 minutes from both Cordoba and Malaga the town is well placed for anyone looking to explore both the mountains and the beaches this region has to offer.NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN EUROPEDuties and Responsibilities:Planning, preparing and delivering lessons.

Ensuring pupils improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via individual and group sessions.

Weekly teaching review.
