- Manage a dynamic portfolio of 300+ restaurant partners, maintaining proactive communication to understand their needs and drive engagement through regular check-ins.
- Own monthly acquisition targets, actively identifying opportunities to increase adoption of promotional tools and marketing solutions across your portfolio.
- Analyze KPIs and performance reports to evaluate partner results, taking decisive actions to achieve both your individual goals and Glovo's company OKRs.
- Design and implement partner growth strategies by negotiating promos, activating ad campaigns, and improving menu performance (e.g., bestselling items, AOV, conversion rate, cross- and upselling).
- Monitor churned or inactive partners, creating targeted action plans to reignite engagement and unlock new ad revenue opportunities.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced sales- or account management role involving cold calling.
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
- Proficiency in Spanish and good English skills.
- Strong commercial skills.
