- Prospecting & Lead Generation - Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Lead Qualification - Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Sales Pipeline Management - Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.
- Sales Support - Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
- Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Reporting & Analysis - Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
- Continuous Learning - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Open for VIE programme - for 12 months initially, which can be renewed for a further 12 months, followed by permanent employment with the Group in France or Spain.

- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, ideally in an agency setting as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools like Lemlist is a strong plus.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; more senior profiles are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in French (mandatory).
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, German, Dutch, etc) is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
