- The Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customers
- The Quality Excellence of Supply Chain (from Supplier to Customers)
- The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts, Cyber Security, etc.)
- The Prevention actions to avoid recurrent issues
- Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode
- Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
- Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
- Manage derogations
- Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter
- Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
- Be a member of the Short Interval Management (SIM) of the production lines
- Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and Optimize Process (ex-PEP)), contribute to process/control capability
- Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector.
- Engineer (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical ...)
- Experienced in Process Quality (1-3 years)
- Ability to be customer facing with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven
- Ability to communicate (written, verbal) clearly in concise and synthetic manner on complex technical strategy. Very good communication skills within a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to convince stakeholders on the proper projet technical strategy
- English fluency is a must. Another language is a plus.
