- 📊 Quarterly Business Reviews & Optimisation – Regularly review your clients’ aggregation programmes, ensuring they achieve their goals and get the most value from our solutions.
- 🚀 Seamless Customer Onboarding – Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding journey, helping them expand their connection coverage and make the most of their data insights.
- 🔄 Cross-Team Collaboration – Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination of requirements.
- 📈 Growth & Upsell Opportunities – Identify ways to expand usage of our solutions and work alongside the Sales team to explore potential upsell opportunities.
- 🗣️ Customer Advocacy – Be the voice of the customer within Flanks—gather feedback, champion their needs, and ensure improvements are implemented.
- 💡 Day-to-Day Customer Support (50% of your role) – Provide friendly, efficient, and effective support on specific topics, ensuring a top-tier experience for our client
- 🌍 Global Impact – You’ll be the primary contact for French-speaking markets, while also engaging with international clients.
- 🗣️ Exceptional communication skills – Native-level French and fluent English are a must. If you also speak Spanish, Portuguese, German, or a Scandinavian language, that’s a big plus!
- 🔹 Experience is important! We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 3 to 5 years of banking and client contact experience in financial or asset management.
- 📈 Proven experience in a customer-focused role – You’ve got a solid track record in Sales or Customer Success, and you know how to build and maintain relationships.
- 🎓 Relevant educational background – Ideally, you’ve studied IT, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 🤝 Strong stakeholder management skills – You’re comfortable working with clients at all levels, from hands-on teams to senior executives.
- 📊 Analytical & strategic mindset – You can interpret data, identify trends, and collaborate across teams to drive success.
- 🗂️ Top-notch organisational skills – You’re independent, detail-oriented, and know how to juggle multiple priorities.
