- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain, focusing on growth in the IT services market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate and convert leads into long-term clients.

- Build and manage performance-driven KPIs, including revenue targets, prospect conversion, and client acquisition.
- Act as the main point of contact with HQ, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategic vision.
- Present clear, data-based business proposals to senior leadership for project approvals.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, adapting to a detailed and approval-based decision-making culture.
- Extensive B2B Sales experience in the IT sector (10+ years).
- Strong background in launching commercial strategies and building market presence from scratch.
- Master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
- Highly proficient in Excel, able to analyze and present data to support business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Straightforward, persuasive communicator with a strong sense of structure and discipline.
- Ideally from a mid-sized IT consulting firm; experience in matrix organizations is beneficial.
- Comfortable working without an initial sales team; capable of growing a team over time.
- Strong understanding of the Spanish IT landscape.
- Lead the restart of Spanish business operations.
