- Lead end-to-end functional analysis and delivery of complex LoanIQ-based solutions, focusing on syndicated lending, agency services, secondary loan trading, and leveraged finance.
- Coordinate large-scale initiatives such as new product rollouts, system migrations, and integration programs, ensuring alignment with global architecture and performance standards.
- Analyze and map data flows between LoanIQ and other systems, with a strong focus on API integration and data transformation logic.
- Collaborate closely with developers to define and validate technical specifications, ensuring robust and maintainable implementations.
- Act as a senior functional reference across global teams, providing strategic input and mentoring junior analysts when needed.
- Ensure functional quality and performance by managing test planning, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Promote best practices for LoanIQ integration and data management, identifying opportunities for reuse, standardization, and automation.
- Anticipate potential dependencies or conflicts across the technology ecosystem and propose mitigation strategies early in the design phase.
- + 5 years of in-depth functional experience with LoanIQ, including configuration, parameterization, and business rule definition.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering.
- Deep understanding of Leveraged Finance and Loan Trading operations.
- Advanced SQL skills: ability to analyze, manipulate, and validate large data sets; design queries for data mapping, debugging, and reporting.
- Solid experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including data mapping, field-level integration, and workflow orchestration across systems.
- Demonstrated ability to write and review functional and technical documentation.
- Agile delivery experience, with participation in sprint planning, story definition, and backlog refinement.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Teams, and Excel advanced functions.
- English proficiency: B2 minimum, C1 preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
