- Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic customers in the DACH region.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and grow existing accounts.
- Respond to daily inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right weighing or volumetric solutions.
- Guide customers through product configuration and integration questions (electronics, connectivity, etc.).
- Lead customer projects from the commercial side — understand technical specs, align offers, and coordinate internally.
- Act as the main point of contact between customer, technical support, and operations.
- Help us grow our footprint in the logistics and warehousing sector by identifying and engaging new prospects.
- Act as an internal ambassador for volumetric weighing products and their market applications.
