Job DescriptionWe're looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) on the 22.09.2025 specifically catering to the Belgian market in both French and Dutch.   • Handle incoming calls and provide top-notch customer service
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and complaints
  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Requirements
  • C2 level proficiency in Dutch/Flemish and French
  • B2 level or above in English
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work night shift hours and be part of a dynamic team
  • Willingness to work hybrid in Madrid or Barcelona
  • Availability to start 22.09.2025
What Our Client Offers:
  • 38.5 hours per week, with day schedules between 10:00 and 18:00, Monday to Sunday
  • Starting salary of €22,660 gross per year
  • Hybrid working model, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona
  • 2 month fixed term contract that can be extended after
