- Plan, conceptualise and develop the content calendar (Week, month, etc.).
- Manage the channels of our client. Schedule content and engage our users through original and compelling copies.
- Detect and plan local content opportunities for the brand.
- Review of cultural differences, sensitivities and nuances for the assigned markets (Germany).
- Be sharp and spot and plan local content opportunities for the brand.
- Coordinate with the art team to produce original content, and review of the final pieces to guarantee quality.
- Activity monitoring, response, engagement of followers in brand channels.
- Interact with the community: response, reaction, resolution of doubts, etc. in a kindly manner.
- Set relevant KPIs to monitor campaigns, report results (data extraction from native tools or platforms, reporting, conclusions, learnings and suggestions). Trend detection!!!
- Monitor conversation about the brand and its products (native or with tools). Detection of possible problems or crisis situations, reactive opportunities, etc.
- We do expect that you are interested in the subject, understand it, like it and get to know the category more and more.
- We hope you are up to date on the general trends of social media, platforms, success stories, and stay informed about the local and global network environments.
- Bilingual in English ( We need someone with native-level English, very fluent )
- Impeccable writing, grammar and spelling in English.
- Experience required:+3 years of experience in similar roles in agency or advertiser.
- Management of publishing, monitoring, social analytics, etc. tools.
- Ability to analyze and understand social media results.
- Be an active user personally and have professional experience in the use and creation of content for the main social networks.
- Curiosity to investigate new formats, languages, narratives and resources.
- Ability to experiment and adapt messages to different audiences and channels with ease.
- Originality to create new content; or in ways that have not been done before.
- Excellent in the ability to understand clients' guidelines.
- Someone who is up to date with the digital, social and cultural trends of the market.
- Be organized and planned.
