- Serve as coordinator, educator, planner and monitor of the EHS program for our offices and Warehouse in Madrid, Valencia and Lisbon.
- Develop optimal solutions to address EHS challenges and provide insight and recommendations to improve EHSS programs, strategies and deployment.
- Contribute to ensure and advance compliance with all applicable EHS legislation/requirements.
- Connect with management and other collaborators to obtain accurate feedback regarding program development and implementation
- Communicate appropriately with the regional EHS&S representative to advise on significant legal and technical EHS challenges and work together to handle them.
- Establish facility-specific EHS policies, procedures, reports and plans as needed, and maintain EHS documents in an organized fashion.
- Take part and support EHS audits including regulatory inspections, Corporate EHS audits, and certification audits (14001, 45001, SG21).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Environmental science along with in depth knowledge of EHSS regulations.
- Certified in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), being required Spanish Health and Safety specialization.
- Environment and Sustainable post-grade study or diploma desirable.
- Proven experience in EHS management.
- Self-motivated, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a broad range of tasks and priorities simultaneously and work cross-functionally in a highly-matrixed environment.
- Good communication in Spanish and English.
