- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key retail and strategic vertical clients in Iberia
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across existing accounts
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with a strong understanding of customer business models
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Act as the voice of the customer internally and coordinate across product, operations, marketing, and support
- Ensure opportunities and pipeline are accurately reported in Salesforce
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing strategies
- Work in close collaboration with pre-sales, legal, project management, and finance teams
- Represent Ingenico at industry events, client meetings, and product workshops
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in the payments, fintech, or software industry
- Proven track record of managing strategic/enterprise-level accounts
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate customer needs into business solutions
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel across Iberia and occasionally across Europe
