- Assist the Client Success team in managing day-to-day client interactions.
- Help track client requests and ensure they are properly assigned to relevant internal departments such as Transfer Agency (TA), Accounting, or Compliance for resolution.
- Learn to monitor client health metrics and gather feedback to understand client needs, satisfaction levels, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with the creation and updating of client success materials, including user guides, FAQs, and training resources.
- Participate in internal meetings, taking notes, preparing agendas, and helping coordinate action items to ensure client deliverables are met on time.
- Learn and maintain a growing understanding of the fundcraft platform, eventually providing basic troubleshooting and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the Client Success team to update records and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and deliverables.
- Engage in training sessions and mentorship opportunities, developing the skills needed for client management, communication, and project coordination.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in the financial services industry, especially digital fund operations and client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to track multiple tasks and priorities.
- Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and support the team.
- Basic analytical skills to help interpret client feedback and data (e.g., understanding client health metrics).
- Team player, open to feedback and mentorship.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital platforms and tools.
- No prior full-time experience required; internships or part-time roles in customer success, operations, or project support are a plus.
- Exposure to or interest in financial services, SaaS platforms, or client-facing environments is desirable.
- Availability to be based in Girona, Spain.
- Legal right to work in Spain (work permit or EU citizenship/residency).
