Our tool stack has been expanding rapidly, and we’re now looking for someone to centralize the management of all RevOps and Sales tools to ensure seamless operations across the organization.Mission & Responsibilities :
- Centralize and manage the entire RevOps, Sales & CS tech stack—CRMs (HubSpot preferred), Make, Aircall, Lusha, ScrapingBee, etc.—ensuring a unified source of truth
- Administer, maintain & continually optimize tooling to eliminate redundancies, errors, automation conflicts, and data silos .
- Map, document & scale workflows, ensuring sustainability, reliability, governance, and end-to-end compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, CS, and Data teams to identify tool-related bottlenecks & opportunities.
- Own user support, onboarding, training, and champion best practices to drive adoption and enhance efficiency .
- Monitor tool usage metrics, process KPIs, and ROI; proactively recommend improvements for continuous optimization .
- Research, pilot, and recommend new no-code / low-code integrations to enable growth, scale, and team alignment .
- Previous experience in a high process management area such as Salesops/Revops ; Consulting ; System admin ; Operations ; Data ;
- Experience managing a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and/or telephony systems like Aircall ;
- Experiences in no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier) is a + ;
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented—you ensure process reliability and clean data across teams ;
- Demonstrated ability to scale systems, standardize processes, and govern tool usage ;
- Strong cross-functional collaboration ;
- Fluent in English; French,Spanish and/or Italian is a plus ;
- Naturally curious, structured, and solution-driven, with a passion for operational excellence.
