- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of English
- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience
- Have previous experience in customers service
- Have good communication, written and listening skills
- Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must - as you will get relevant training in the field

- Annual Base Salary: €20 400. Bonus available after 8 months: up to €2 160 gross/year.
