We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.We are looking for a Contract Fractionation Service Technician who will be responsible for ensure excellence in the execution and follow-up of contracts, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and effective collaboration with internal areas.This role acts as a connector between the industrial and commercial sectors of the organization, as well as with its strategic customers. He/she will work to drive mutual growth and continuous improvement based on the values of integrity, transparency and commitment to quality that define Grifols.What your responsibilities will be
  • Follow-up and support to third parties and Management related to fractionation service contracts.
1. SAP entry of system orders, tracking and reporting linked to the entire maquila invoicing process (SOX if applicable).2. Review of the coverage of the budgets of the contracts signed with the various centers.3. Review of new contracts and preparation of the contract summary table.4. Report to the customer the documentation related to the manufacturing service.
  • Follow-up of productions derived from fractionation service (Maquila).
1. Inventories Maquila centers2. Maquila availability forecast.3. Internal coordination of the different departments (Production, Technical Area, etc.) involved for its correct development and coordination with Production Control for the optimization of production processes.
  • Customer Service:
1. Manage the Grifols Plasma Management Service web platform and share all information related to the fractionation process associated with the area (inventories, invoicing, product delivered, savings, SNS, 3-month forecasts, manufacturing notifications, factory reports, etc).2. Management of specific requests from the health services to which the toll manufacturing service is provided.3. Management of Grifols Movaco's sales team information needs associated with toll manufacturing services.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roles related to manufacturing planning, production control, customer service and/or purchasing. Desirable in a global environment and/or in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • High level of English.
  • Communication abilities.
  • A standout project manager with an eye for detail and deadlines.
  • Professional and team oriented.
  • Must be proactive, results oriented and have strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • SAP is a plus.
