- Lead and mentor the DevSecOps team, promoting professional and technical growth.
- Design and implement strategies for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and security by design.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, security and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
- Define and maintain DevSecOps standards, tools, and best practices across the organization.
- Oversee the implementation of automated security controls and vulnerability scanning in CI/CD pipelines.
- Actively contribute to technical architecture and strategic decision-making.
- Continuously measure and improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of development and deployment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical IT roles, with at least 2 years leading DevOps or DevSecOps teams. Experience in regulated environments (ideally insurance, banking, or healthcare).
- Strong background in software architecture, application development and infrastructure integration.
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools and agile methodologies. Experience with quality assurance frameworks, test automation, and performance optimization.
- Solid knowledge of release management processes and tools.
